Car won't start, makes clicking sound
We had a remote starter installed on our car 3 years ago. We had a few incidences in past months where the car would not start (it would attempt to start several times but all you'd hear was a clicking sound) and we even had to leave it somewhere overnight once. With time it would always start up again. A diagnostic check found nothing wrong with it, so we stopped using the remote starter for a while to see what would happen. Of course we've had no problems...until today when my husband accidently pressed one of the buttons on the remote starter! I can't believe it would only last 3 years....is this common?

If you have a bulldog remote start, you should have it removed right away. I work at best buy, and we will not install these any more because of the problems they cause. You should buy something made by DEI, they cost a little more, but are very well made and come with a lifetime warrenty.
