I have a 94 interga ls b18b1 i replacd my radiator when i went to turn it over my water pump gasket blew so i couldnt get my car to start i replaced the water pump now that the new one is in after it sat for 2 months i went to turn the car on and all i hear is a single loud thump i work at advanced auto so i tested my starter and my battery both are fine my alternator wouldnt stop it from firing up my feul is probably gelled up i have a new fuel filter/ pump and plan on replacing it 2m morning but still i feel as if it should still crank. my car is a 5spd i think im going to try and jump start it in 2nd gear down a hill but if any1 else has a similar problem like this please help i love my integra i need to fix her

It does sound like the starter. if you can get it out most autoparts stores will test it for free, as with battery and alternater

First off is their any corrosion around your battery terminals. A yellow white or light blue foam powdery substance. If so you can get some Battery terminal cleaner from a auto part store or you can use Coke to clean it. Pour some coke on the corrosion wipe it off take the wire off clean it and the post. The scuff up the inside of the connector with sand paper.

Then like dj said test the starter. If it is good I would check the grounding wires and the power wires. Get the ground to the batter take the bolt out and tighten it back down agen. Scuff up the surface with some sand paper. Also make sure your battery terminals are tight. If you can grab the power or ground wire and turn it around the terminal take the wire off scuff it up with some sand paper and tighten it.
