Card didn't work while fan is running
My Nvidia geforce FX 5500 Graphic card didn't show and the screen remain blank in digital mode while in analog mode the screen display it self test report. the card fan it self running but the screen remain black and the power button of display remain in amber color instead of green color.

That is a really low end video card. The same card is available for $10-30 on bidding sites. Get another one or upgrade to something with more horsepower if you like games or watch video. Just make sure your motherboard will support the new video card. THe one you looks to be a standard PCI (older format).
