Gateway m series laptop
already uninstalled and reinstalled
non responsive ie, click on slot drive with card inside, acts like it's loading info/pics (VERY slow) then a window pops up asking for me to insert card in slot ( i've tried multiple cards it is the slot for sure)
gateways wants me to reformat my entire HD to factory i do not want to do this, nor think it is the easiest solution. any suggestions? I would rather troule shoot the drive i have witht the last resort being a new external. thanks a bunch pam
