Carrier central ac high efficiency
Just replaced the 250 amp fuses on the outside and the compressor will still not kick on. the fan is working on the outside and inside unit.

Usually capacitor,burnt wires or bad compressor.kill the power and check the terminals at the compressor.they have been known to burn off if the connection is loose.
