cassette tape deck Amplifier DC-Z82. We tried to record a radio programme to tape and the tape wouldn't move
It had a clean (Cotton buds) and it worked! We were able to record but on replay it emits a loud squeal. Where is the noise from and can it be fixed?

Hello Anonymous, you can have dirty heads and guides, also the internal key Rec-Play could be wrong
You should do a full maintenance of the cassette system
