Report "causes. It freezes and the mouse light sensor in the top left corner of the mouse touchpad turns orange. It has happened when I was just browsing on my internet browser, Mozilla and when I was playing my Sims 2 Computer game, and when I just try to get into one of those programs. The entire computer freezes. I have run virus scans and done updates and according to the computer, everything is up to date and virus-free. I would love to know what could be causing this, and what can I do to fix the potential problem(s). Thanks for your time"
