cd player to play only cds. How do I adjust the reader?
This unit no longer plays dvds, but it will still play a cd. I cleaned the unit including the lens, but still will not play a dvd. Is there some other adjustment that can be made or should I just get rid of it? Thanks.

It is most likely a permanent fault as CDs and DVDs require the laser to focus differently. If the unit is a few years old it will not be viable for economic repair.
