CD TRAY my husband had the cd tray opened to get a CD out and did not close it and bent down to pick up something and hit it with his head. NOw, it won't open or close.HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is only one cause of action here, either take it to a repair shop or try to fix it yourself. The fault is not anything that anyone on here could point to, due to the nature of the accident. You need to look inside and see what damage the impact did. It will be fairly obvious. If you decide to look inside rather than send it to be repaired, once you have seen the damaged parts, I am certain people on Fixya might be able to tell you where new ones can be got.
