Cell is not responding
My phone was bought 1 month ago at walmart and given to me here in S. America, Ecaudor and is unlocked. Now it shut down programs. Google said it has a virus in the battery and now I removed and replaced the same battery and now just get the Blu start screen. Help. I have been through a process to get this phone.

I would say, either phone has some ship failure (as it's cheap that wouldn't surprise me) or it has software failure (in that case it needs to be reset to factory settings).
Getting information about this kind of phones is very difficult. Try to search on google for this type of problems for this type of phone.
When you'll bay next phone buy famous brand like Samsung or lg or something it doesn't cost much, but you will have good online support and all...
