Cement around heater elements has cracked and fallen out
Heater is used on porch and only on occasion. all the cement around burners has cracked and turned to powder...heater is in it's second season

okay the cement will need to be redone as air is getting in from the side of the of the flame making it blue you will have to recement in between them you can buy this from a heating shop , this should make it turn red again ,
