Your Eager Beâver model number is 600016. There are many prefixes and suffixes. The one below I used when repairing a similar problem with my Mac 110 (earlier version of your saw). Both the automatic and manual oilers work now.

See “General Assembly” print Item 33; pn 85557; Oiler body; most likely failure, on bottom of Item 31 Item 31; pn 217755; manual oiler piston; It pulls through the top of the tank. I ordered a new one but got Item 36, they were the same pn, I complained, seems they fixed it. See “Powerhead Assembly” print Item 07; pn 219989; oil pump assembly Item 04; pn 217168; pump/bar pad connector (hose) Item 05; pn 217167; pump/oil tank connector (hose) The new one was to long, I used the old hose.
