CHAIN SNAPED THAT SWITCHES THE FANS DIRECTION
HOW DO I REPLACE CHAIN THERE IS NO EXISTING CHAIN LEFT ,IT CAME OUT FROM INSIDE THE BLACK BOX INSIDE THE LIGHTING SYSTEM ????

You will need to remove the fan, being sure to turn off power first. Then open it up and remove the old switch, and install the new switch. If you take the old one into a Home Depot or similar store they can help you match the switch. There are many different types, so take the old one in. I can't speak to the specific steps, but it should be pretty simple once the headache of dismounting the fan is over.
