Recently took my chair outside for the first time since I got it, several years ago. It's been out for moves, but always on straight, flat stretches, and never up and down strenuous terrain. Recently went to Dogpatch, USA in the Ozark Mountains, and, although the paths were paved, it was quite a bit of up and down, and the heat didn't help the chair, considering the load it was carrying (I'm a big boy). It stopped for the most part, but had partial power, just really low, but with help it made it back to the trailer. Now, after it sits for quite some time, it starts out moving under its own power, but slowly degrades to nothing. I can feel the motors trying to move, and the charge says it's either full or mostly full, but it always degrades to flashing lights, and 8 flashes on the wrench. The chair is around 5 years old, but has seen light use, considering this was the first real outdoor trip it has taken. I had noticed it seemed to be starting slower on carpet, before this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
