Chair won't go. Lights flash
New batteries in chair and they are charged up. When you turn on chair lights on control flash on and off a few time stop and then do it again. It's got to be something simple that I am missing.Chair is almost new. and worked fine last time it was used.

Check your freewheel levers. They must be engaged or the lights will flash and the chair will be inoperable. These levers are under the shroud behind drive wheels. (One on each side)
