I have a Chamberlin Series 1100 Garage Door Opener and it stripped the gears in it. I purchased the repair kit and made the repairs. Now the Door opener will only move about 1 foot. I have adjusted the force to the max and it will not advance. It is not because it is blocked because the light does not blink 5 times. I have adjusted the limit switches but to get it in correct location I would have to turn the screw over 85 times to get it to move 85 inches. All the gears Match up. I replace the same parts on another opener last month and it works well. Any Ideas?
