Check underneath the mower at the bottom of the engine's crankcase and see if there is a possible plug of any type there. Be sure you lift the mower the correct way when tipping , typically with the control handles going down towards ground...not on its side.
The solution given is the acceped way for changing the oil or blade on a regular mower. I realize it may not have a drain plug underneath. Tilting a mower on its side can cause engine oil to move to places it doesn't need to be in the engine and possibly gasoline too.
