Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com. Remove all twelve screws inside the case (6 per side), remove the handle screws and pull off the handle, then remove the side plates. Once these are out of the way, remove the old tracks and install the new ones. Reassemble in reverse and you are done. I just started having issues with my Dolphin diag. It starts and stops after only moving a few feet. I read a ton of possible related issues and thought there may have been something stuck in the track. I took the entire track assembly apart on both ends and everything looks fine. When the unit is fully intact and I spin the brushed I hear a clicking noise. I now see that it is one side of the belt that is jumping up off the pulley and hitting into the track side cover as it passes. I looked again and noticed that one track look perfect with all the teeth and the other side is missing every other tooth and in some cases more than 1 in a row. So I have concluded that I may have been running it too much on one side and not rotating the handle every other use etc.. I also was hoping someone can tell me is the belt does slip and hits the cover as I stated sometimes as it rotates, does the unit have a safety sensor to stop the unit so it doesn't get damaged? My attempt to rectify this problem is to replace both belts. Even the one that looks fine appears to be loose and am guessing it could stretch out over time. Unit is at least 5 + years and never had an issue before.
