Changed batter remote start not working
2003 gmc envoy Battery was changed but now dealer installed remote start not working the remote start used to work by pressing the car remote 3 times to turn on please help

Hello, What has happened is your remote has lost its programming.. Just like with most electronics, when something is reset or powered off, or even when the battery dies ....the programming software is lost. The remote has to be reprogramed either by a dealer (suggested) or by an aftermarket outsource..Hope this helps...This could help with almost all remotes.
