Changing a serpentine belt on a 2001 Subaru V6 3.0 L Engine and I had to replace one of the pulleys; top middlish pulley I think it's the tension pulley?? I have the new belt and I have the new pulley but i don't know how to get the tension back on the belt?? Any help is appreciated

On the tension pully, it will have a square hole in it, a 3/8 or 1/2 ratchet will fit into the hole. You thread the new belt and the move the tensioner with the ratchet and place belt onto pully and release ratchet.
