My RCA Lyra RD2780 will not power on. I have tried to plug it in with power adapter and I also tried connecting to my computer. I read that it might be that my battery is dead. QUESTION: IF I CHANGE MY BATTERY WILL I LOSE ALL MY FILES ON MY DEVICE.
