Report "charger that recently failed.No ac pass through, no ac led indication. AC power is present at the input to unit.Remote is functional. Checked & cleared errors in memory.Removed AC & DC power, waited 1 hour and then resorted not.Getting an "internal error" # 2561 & 2563. Hit escape key on remote to acknowledge errors, then got "attempting to restart " message but did not restart.Checked DC & AC voltages to unit, ok. Checked all settings through basic & advanced configuration modes, repeated disconnect & restart procedures , still getting 2561 & 2563 errors.A schematic diagram would be helpful to proceed with troubleshooting,Thanks.
