Report "Charging problems dash warning light comes and goes. At night headlights change from going dim then bright again. At first came on when idle. Tends to go sometime when accellerating. Gradually getting worse. Tried voltmeter..with engine at about 1500 rpm was reading 15 volts when started cold and could here the alternator loading the engine. then revs would raise and volts would drop to 12 something volts. would go back and forth like this every now and then but eventually when hot would stay less than 12 volts. Turn engine off and and battery would read 12.7 volts. Battery was new several weeks ago"
