1st question: About 4 months ago, I had a Dinan Cold Airk intake installed and a Dinan exhaust installed on my 1998 Z3 1.9 (4 cyl) I have not had the software upgrade installed yet. Could this cause the Check engine light to come on and throw codes?

2nd question My CEL comes on and off, it comes on one day, goes off and stays off 3 or 4 days. I used my peake tool to check some codes this is what I found

07- Engine Coolant temperature, radiator outlet
3E- Misfire random, unknown cylinder
33-Misfire cylinder #2
46-Misfire catalyst damaging cyl 6
41-Misfire catalyst damaging cyl 3
40- Misfire catalyst damaging cyl 2
08-Misfire low fuel
34=Misfire cly 3
28-Catalyst efficientcy, cyl 1-4

Wondering if anyone can help with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
