Chevy 3100 engine stopped running on e-way. tried to start it engine started but ran real rough sounded like no oil however there was plenty of oiL. trying to figure out what happened. where is the no.1 cylinder located? Thanks

Number one cylinder is on the drivers side on the very frobt towards the headlamp
The catilytic convertor maybr clogged if running as you stated too
