Chirping sound while driving and very notable when going right what could it be
At highway speed you don't hear it on like 50 miles or less it chirps. No shaking in steering or vibration in seat.

There are many moving things. Usually the opposite side is bad because the inside wheel is turning less than the outside wheel on turns. It can be a CV joint, loose or worn brake caliper, and even the Emergency brake lining.
