Chuggin and draggin down bad
I have a kia sportage..a couple of weeks ago I put gas at a sinclair and a few days later it started chuggin and really draggin on me...I put some fuel injector cleaner in it and put different gas in it so mix around well it still does it. My husband put in new spark plugs and new cole packs, wires in and we treated the gas again with sea foam... it is not as bad as it was but how can I really get it fixed.

Drain the fuel completely and refuel at a better fuel station. Sounds like there is to much water trying to mix with the gas. Take the plugs out and look at the tip to see if it is black or brown. That is also a indication of water in your system making it run really rich to make it able to even run
If cylinder 2 is down it is one of three reasons. Either bad plug. Bad plug wire, or bad coil. The idle speed is your idle speed sensor. If it where the fuel injectors you would have VERY bad knocking and you would have stall outs that would not restart
Replace the in-tank fuel strainer/filter
