When my gateway laptop is off it charges but when i turn it on and its plugged in the screen blinks light dark cuz its chargeing then not charging i asked a friend and he said its probly the circuit or mb need to be replaced how can this be fixed and how much is it gonna cost cuz my warrenty ran out
