I don't know how you cleaned or adjusted your grinder, but we can try a couple of things.
There is a lever under the bean hopper. It should be in the middle if you did everything correct. If it is push it to the rear.
Now there is a lever at the top of the door on the right. Push it to the rear or full + (plus), then back 1 click. If that doesn't work email me, I have grinder cleaning instructions with pictures. [email protected]

Do you have the Syncrony Compact? Bean hopper in the center back and water tank behind? If so, you have knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the small knob to the Plus(+) and the big knob to #8 and see what happens. I have grinder cleaning instructions for the compact but I can't send them throu fixya.
