Clicking and buzzing when turned on takes 30min to 1 hr to come on

The fix to the black screen problem which is posted on Fixya has a pretty good chance to fix this too.If you have a soldering iron it costs less than $10 and will eventually have to be done anyway.The site has very good instructions,just follow them carefully.
