99 F150 XLT regular cab, RWD, 170k miles. Rear end feels a bit loose going around curves, etc. Makes a clicking sound when backing up that does not sound like brake issues. Makes the same sound when ex celebrating from a stop. More so when doing so while turning at same time as starting from a stop. Axle, bearing or other issue I should be looking at?
