Report "Clicking sound Everytime I press on the brake pad there is a clicking sound by the shifter. I removed the cover of the shifter consore and press the brake and I saw this metal hammering base of shifter. Someone told me that I have a bad chip that I need to replace. Where is this located. Chip costs (as I was told $50.00; when called a Jaguar repair shop the mechanic told me that, yes, it is the chip. But labor would cost $200.00. Is there anyone where this chip is located?
