Climate control & radio panel do not light
Is this the way it is designed? the dash lights turn on and the brightness control works. for the climate control buttons (not the temperature knob in the center), there is only a green light to indicate what is turned on. Impossible to see what the button will turn the fan/up down, turn a/c on/off, defrost, etc. Fuses appear to be OK.

What kind of vehicle is this? very important detail. alot of vehicles have multiple bulbs behind the instrument panel. if these bulbs burn out you have to remove the panel and replace the burnt out bulbs.
it is a 2006 MINI Cooper S. thanks for your advice. someone said it might be the BCU.
