"Close left door A" error message but door is closed
I had a fuser jam, and was able to remove paper, but the jam error message never went away. So I rebooted the printer and then got the "Close left door A" message even though the door was closed. I'm hoping there is an easy reset for this!

Sorry, i'm refering to page 677. If you look on the bottom of the page, select 677.
Ok... I have reset the printer following the instructions on the next page. But still I have the same problem... close door A and door A is closed. Is there anything else you dan suggest I try?

I would suggest to open the left door, lift the green latch and inspect to be certain to remove any tiny fragments of paper. Then, push down the green release latch and close the left door.

No paper left in fuser. And still error message that says door is open.
