Report "Cloudy water chems OK,--- replaced DE powder but still cloudy. Opened up filter to wash down fingers and noticed that the DE powder was on the bottom of the tank rather then coating the fingers. The filter had been running right up to the time I opened it and I didn't bump it. Why would the DE be at the bottom of the tank rather then on the fingers?"
