Clutch grinding sound when engaged
I own a 2003 Nissan 350z, when the engine is cold and I engage the clutch (press the pedal in), i get a grinding/squealing sound. When I put the car in gear and begin to release the clutch pedal, the sound goes away as the clutch begins to grab. Ive been told it could be the throwout bearing but I am unsure. Should i just replace the clutch? If the issue is the bearing I might was well. any advice?

It is the throw out bearing and if you go through that, you may as well replace the clutch, which must be removed to replace the bearing anyway.the clutch comes with a new bearing.
