Report "clutch is let out . This happens with me on the seat,in neutral,parking brake in off but continues to run with parking brake in on position, and motion control lever in either position. I have also jumped seat safety switch but not brake safety.The deck is removed at this time. I was able to move to garage in free wheel to do maintenance(emptied fuel tank of old gas with water)and it will not move by pushing now, with lever in or out of free wheel, with engine not running and parking brake off.
