All manual 90 Teg's have clutch cables not hydraulic/clutch fluid so on the tranny top side is where you adjust mostly and the interior clutch pedal adjustment is best done with a ruler look up the specs real easy but a Chilton or Haines manual is handy to have.....

There may be an adjustment bolt, called a stopper bolt, at top of pedal. Screw it out and pedal height will change.
