Co500 Di3510 is the model of our copier and I don't know how to fix it. It shows random numbers... and the Co500 whatever... don't know what to do.. Help

Locate a pin hole on the right side of the disply panel,and use a paper clip,be very gental and depress it and wait for a samll dot on the left side of the disply panel,as soon as you see it press #3 and than a menue well pop up look for trouble reset botton and turn machine off from the main switch and back on
