Cobra 29LTD is blowing D8 after 520MOSET upgrade. Was done right (done a few of these) but this one blows D8. Once I turn on unit, DC power suppy Amp meter shoots up and D8 starts to smoke, then blow. Any ideas?

You sure it is D8? Also I believe the 520 is bad
