We downloaded Coby Media Manager, and when it opens it says no device is plugged in. When I try to add the MP-620 to it, it doesn't even show up under the list of MP3 players to choose from. However, on Coby's website and the user manual for this device says it does work with the Media Manager. Any suggestions?
