The Oxygen sensor is bad and your car is telling you this. The sensor measures the amoung of Oxygen in the burned gasses. Replace it for about $125.00 or have it done for around $150 - $200.
Warning, if you don't have experience and the special tool, you will probably break the first one ... doubbling the cost of parts.

Wait a minute here ... You never heard of a Oxygen sensor in a car and I help you with your porblem and you rate me marginal? Whatsup with that? You get a better answer?
Your question says '...all o2 sensors bad ... im not sure what it is,never heard of such a thing...'
So I based my remarks on that question.
Now you are saying all four sensors were replaced? Where was that in the original question?
Now you are insulting me by asking if I can read? Are you talking to me?
I only see one solution here with the two thumbs you 'awarded' for my answer to what you asked.

By the way, the fuel pump modulator is just a fancy word for fuel pump assembly.
No more insults.
