There are two ways to overcome this uneven drip of coffee into the cup. 1- Make sure the machine is placed on a level counter top. The coffee drips as a gravity flow. Machine placed on a tilted surface will allow coffee flow more on the tilted side. 2- It appears the coffee faucet outlet has not been cleaned/flushed with any coffee cleaners or descaling solution. Clean the coffee outlet as following: * Prepare two or four cups of Baking soda solution.Fill the Baking soda in water tank and make few espresso, using the preground cycle. ** Then use two to 4 cups of descaling solution and repeat the process making several espresso.
