Coffee machine seems blocked, cleaned it, but seems like it really needs to force itself to press the water through. What used to be one cup is now only half a cup. After asking for a cup, and receiving the half up with alot of noise, the red light above the coffeebean turns on. I think maybe it needs to be decalcificated, but i don't know how i can do that !! since this is a coffee machine, everything is complicated in there. try to find someone to repair it, a professional. i'm speaking based on experience as i have a coffee maker too but once broken, don't know where the problem is coming from.
