Have you tried cleaning the electrical contacts on both the cartridge and the print head where it connects? They can easily get stray ink, or just dirt from fingers, on them. Clean with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) cleaning fluid ideally, but a moist tissue may help.

Its a long shot, but could your monitor colors be off? Also consider replacing the black cartridge as well as often times that can make colors skew...
