Acer Aspire 3610/AS3613 LCI - comp won't turn on all of a sudden. tried new ac adapter/with w/o battery no luck. could it be motherboard? how easy to replace?

If you get no LEDs and the fan fails to run up then this is a motherboard fault and definately not a processor fault. You will need a replacement board.
