Complain about expired airpoints not communicated to me
No communications were made to notify me that my airpoints were about to expired. Qantas claims that there were no activities in the last three years when in fact there was a domestic economy flight that cost between $300-$400 in July 2010. When I tried to communicate the problem with the customer services person they say this is as far as it can go. So as a frequent flyer member since 2003 in which I have previously earned and unsused 37K airpoints, as far as communication I can go is the customer services person.
