Components are not working
When I hook up the cable or the DVD to Component 1 or 2 the picture is like a scrambled purple and black color. I can see the broadcast but it has a lot of this purple and black interference. Please advise

I have seen this in my shop, on one set I had to replace the panel, on another set it was the data IC connector (flexboard) causing the problem. I would suspect the panel more so.
I would suggest that yoy get this looked at by a qualified TV technician due to the fact that it may be the panel causing this problem.
