I am going to assume you mean it blows a fuse when it tries to restart, since I cannot see the rest of your post. When the compressor shuts off after pumping up there is a bleed off valve that should open and dump the air pressure off the head of the pump. There should be a small line that goes to the pressure switch and the valve is in the switch or connected to it. depending on what switch they used it may be serviceable and it may be not.
