Compressor not working after vacuuming condenser coil
Compressor not working or kicking on after plugging refrig back in. All other systems working, fans, temp control, lights, waterline soleniod for icemaker. Just no compressor. I measured voltage on the two leads connecting to compressor start up capacitor/relay measured 117 Vac

You either have a bad PTA relay or inverter board. Ohm out the windings on the compressor first to make sure the compressor is okay
